Aerus Bike Case
The Aerus Bike case is quite smiply a brilliantly design. The thick internal padding provides a strong and protective skeleton for the bag whilst the accompanying foam rolls secure the bike frame and components.
The frame and fork sit neatly in the main body of the bag whilst the wheels are stored in specifically designed internal pockets on either side. Additional semi-hardened panels sit against the wheel hubs to limit damage in that area. A series of foam rolls with velcro straps are included to firmly protect those much loved frames! The days of losing that additional padding is now over too as the Aerus Bike Case includes an additional, smaller, white bag (see picture) to store the provided foam rolls in.
As bike travel bags go, this has got to be one of the most secure we've ever seen!
The real party piece to this bag comes at the airline check in desk though; it's not immediately apparent that the case has a bike in it so your chances of avoiding those nightmare airline bike fees are somewhat improved! At just a few kilograms, the lighter weight element of the bag is another bonus for helping you to stay within your allocated baggage allowance.
Finally, the large and comfortable strap makes it easy to throw the bike over your shoulder and manoeuver your way to your next race!
