High5 Advanced Training Bar 4:1
4:1 bar contains 4 parts carbohydrate (80%) and 1 part protein (20%). The carbohydrate in the 4:1 bar contains a mix of both simple sugars and complex carbohydrate from Oats. The protein in 4:1 is a combination of whey protein, soy and wheat gluten to provide a balance of amino acids and boost the glutamine content for post exercise recovery. 4:1 Bar is naturally flavoured using dried cranberries.
- Suggested usage: Take one to two bars per hour during exercise and one bar immediately exercise is finished take a second bar 1- 1/2 hours later.
